COVID-19 Office Opening Update

(610) 667-6630

Dear Narberth Dental Group Patients,

We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health.   We wanted to provide an update regarding our practice plans as we continue in this new era of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are closely following the guidelines of the PA Department of Health, the CDC, the ADA, and OSHA. We want to emphasize to our patients that the measures we are taking go above and beyond the requirements of these organizations.

The health and well-being of our patients and our team is, as always, our top priority. We have been working hard to continue our research and due diligence during this period to ensure everyone’s continued safety.

As you are aware, we are experiencing a decline in Covid-19 infections, hospitalizations, and deaths, both nationally and locally.  The science is showing that the available vaccines are very effective.

We wanted to share with you the information regarding the most recent CDC changes:

Recently, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced new guidance:  "Fully vaccinated people can resume activities without wearing a mask or physically distancing, except where required by federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial laws, rules, and regulations, including business and workplace guidance."

The NDG team has spent time researching the current requirements for our patients and staff.  The new CDC guidance does not apply to health care settings, including Dental offices.  We have confirmed through the PA Department of Health and the PA Dental Association that masks are required to be worn at all times in the dental office until the patient is seated in the treatment room.

We will continue to follow all federal, state, and local rules and will keep you informed of any changes that affect health and wellbeing.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have. We thank you for entrusting us with your care. Be well, stay safe, and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Warmest regards,

Katie Miller, DMD, and the entire staff at Narberth Dental Group
